BRAND NEW LISTING in downtown Nashville - Nashtopia!

We had to book this last minute after another VRBO had left us stranded! I stay in A LOT of VRBOs especially in Nashville. We are SO happy we ended up here. The home is very nice as pictured. It is in a great location super close to Belmont. Once you figure how to get to garage from the back, it’s easy. The manager gives you garage access to a nice clean single car garage. I was so impressed with nice amenities and not having to deal with the 99 cent paper towels and bar soap. Appliances were high end. Tastefully decorated with just the right decor for Nashville. Everything was very clean, including the bath rugs! And there were hooks! Most VRBOs need to add more hooks!!!! Guests have bags, jackets and towels to hang. Linens were very nice. Beds were comfortable. There is a king bedroom on garage level, another bunk room on kitchen level and two more really nice rooms on top floor with their own ensuites. One with two queens. Very nice finishes in all. The rooftop deck was great for the great weather we had! Fire table was perfect for nighttime. Even a cornhole set with plenty of seating. We will definitely stay here again! Property manager was very nice. Thank you for a great stay!
