Positives. Clean and modern. Gas range with double oven. Rooftop hot tub W/epic view. Easy Uber to downtown and airport.Cons: Parking not as bad as stated but does fill up. Lots of stairs if you have elderly. Homeless loitering in the evening which is typical for Nashville.Overall: Well priced and would stay again.

Great house and location
The house easily accommodated are group of 8 people. Enough beds to sleep way more than what we needed. Great top floor patio with an excellent view of downtown with a gas fire pit to stay warm! Fun games in the house, pool table, Pac-Man arcade, and board games. Just be aware of parking. Not many spots available and can get really busy.
